Upcoming Committee Meetings

ASA committee groups have been merged

As of January 1, 2025, the ATM Fraud & Cyber Security Committee and the ATM Physical Security Committee have been merged together as a new ATMIA committee group. The new group is the ATM Security Committee, which will meet quarterly and address all aspects of ATM crime and security.

The first meeting of the ATM Security Committee is scheduled for Wednesday, March 5, 2025, 10:30am EDT. Invitations are to be sent out at least one month in advance of the meeting date.

Financial Institution ATM Deployer Forum

The FI ATM Deployer Forum group meets quarterly and is limited to financial institution ATM deployers. The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at 11:00am EST.  Meeting invitations and agendas will be sent to all committee members.

U.S. Government Relations Committee (GRC)

The GRC meets regularly to discuss regulatory and compliance issues affecting the industry, from federal, state, and local governments.  The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, January 30, 2025, at 11:00am EST. Meeting invitations and agendas will be sent to all committee members. 

U.S. Regional Board

The U.S. Regional Board meets quarterly to discuss important issues, committee activities, and the financial health of the chapter. The next meeting is both in-person and virtual, and scheduled for Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at 3:30 pm EST, in conjunction with the 2025 U.S. annual conference. Invitations will be sent out shortly. The agenda and financial report will go out in advance of the meeting.  

Independent ATM Deployers (IAD) Committee

All IADs and their providers are welcome to participate in the IAD Committee, which meets bimonthly. The next meeting is both in-person and virtual, and scheduled for Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at 2:00pm EST, in conjunction with the 2025 U.S. annual conference.  Invitations will be sent out shortly. The agenda will go out in advance of the meeting.
