Updated: 394 new ATM-related bills already introduced in the states

Legislative activity has already produced about 1,600 alerts, for a total of 394 new bills. Nevada is the only state that has not yet introduced any legislation that may impact the ATM industry. However, all 50 state legislatures will be in session this year. And we have already flagged measures of particular concern in Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Washington, and Washington, DC.
