ATMIA Appoints Daryl Cornell, CEO of Triton Systems, to Its Executive Board

South Dakota, US – The ATM Industry Association (ATMIA) is proud to announce the appointment of Daryl Cornell, CEO and owner of Triton Systems, to its Executive Board. With a distinguished background spanning executive leadership, financial services, and operational management, Mr. Cornell is set to bring a wealth of expertise to ATMIA as the organization navigates the evolving landscape of the ATM industry.

Daryl Cornell’s career is marked by a series of leadership roles that demonstrate his capacity to drive growth and innovation across multiple sectors. Prior to joining Triton Systems in 2007, Mr. Cornell served as President and Chief Financial Officer at several private equity portfolio companies, where he oversaw finance and operations through various turnaround, start-up, and shutdown roles. His earlier professional experience includes an eight-year tenure at Ryder System in Miami and Dallas, where he played key roles in finance and operations within the financial services arena.

Before his extensive work in the private sector, Mr. Cornell began his career as an officer in the United States Army, serving three years and gaining invaluable leadership experience while stationed in Germany. His academic background is equally impressive—he holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Mathematics from the Florida Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Florida.

Today, Mr. Cornell leads Triton Systems, headquartered in Long Beach, Mississippi, and resides with his family in Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi. His strategic vision and operational expertise are expected to play a crucial role in shaping ATMIA’s initiatives and advancing the interests of the ATM industry at large.
