EURICPA and ATMIA Join Forces to Strengthen ATM Security

The European Intelligent Cash Protection Association (EURICPA) and the ATM Industry Association (ATMIA) are proud to announce a new strategic partnership aimed at strengthening ATM security and tackling physical attacks on cash machines. Leveraging advanced technologies such as Intelligent Banknote Neutralization Systems (IBNS), this collaboration is set to provide innovative solutions to safeguard the cash ecosystem.

A Stronger Industry Voice
This agreement unites the expertise, resources, and networks of both associations to address growing ATM security challenges. EURICPA and ATMIA will develop and promote effective protection measures, raise awareness of emerging threats, and advocate for stronger security policies across Europe, while emphasizing information sharing to prevent ATM-related crime. Similarly, ATMIA’s merger with ASA, combining specialized security expertise with a global network, will accelerate the development of advanced security solutions, drive innovation and foster closer collaboration among industry stakeholders for a more resilient, future-ready ATM ecosystem.
