ATMIA opposes Texas ATM registration bill, HR 350
Wednesday, December 07, 2022
Texas has pre-filed another very burdensome ATM registration bill, HR 350, which is virtually identical to last year's 2629 - which failed. This measure would require 30-day notice before any ATM can be moved or its registration changed. In addition, all business agreements relating to each ATM location must be submitted to the registration agency. ATMIA will again oppose this measure - and any similar in other states.
