SHAZAM ACQUIRES NICOLA BANKING SYSTEMS, EXPANDS CORE BANKING RELATIONSHIP REACH

SHAZAM, Inc., a nationwide provider of financial services and top 10 core provider to financial institutions, announced it purchased the assets of Nicola Banking Systems, Inc. & NBS Data Services, Inc. SHAZAM’s core banking relationship reach expands as they gain Nicola core clients. 

SHAZAM will fully support and add value to the Nicola core by extending clients the full spectrum of SHAZAM’s digital, EFT and network services to offer a complete and seamless payment platform. Additionally, SHAZAM will offer data-driven guidance and expertise on all aspects of the banking platform.
