Is there a time limit to completing the training?
No, you can take the training when it fits into your schedule. Our system keeps track of your progress so you can pick up where you left off.
How long does it take to complete the training?
The sessions are designed to take around 10 minutes each. The sessions are broken into focused content. There are several sessions that make up each course so you can complete the sessions when it fits into your schedule.
Am I able to retake a session if I do not successfully complete it the first time?
Yes, at the end of each session is a short, open book, quiz. We require 100% pass rate on the quiz. If you do not pass the first time, you are able to retake the quiz until you do.
Is the content available to review after the training is completed?
Yes, the content of the training is kept in your account on the website. You are able to login to the website and review the content of the training anytime during the time your membership is active with ATMIA.
Is membership with ATMIA required to take the training?
Yes. As the content in the training provides detailed information we require your company to be members of ATMIA to help ensure the training is being used for its intended purpose and not illegal activity. ATMIA does offer a one year membership in the price of the training for non-members. The benefits you receive with membership complement the information you learn in the training.
How do I receive the certification?
A certificate of completion will be e-mailed to the participant after successfully completing each course. Once all 5 courses are completed, the International ATM Operators certification will be e-mailed. We encourage the participant to post the certification icon on their e-mail, business cards and marketing to inform customers of their status. Once the certifications is received, the participant's name will be added to our Hall of Honor and will also be recognized in our member directory with over 5,000 members.
How do I access the training once purchased?
Once the training is purchased and the participant(s) are entered into our website, the person will receive an e-mail notifying them what training has been assigned to them. In the e-mail is a link that will take you directly to the training. The training can also be accessed at anytime in their account on the website.
I purchased the training for my staff. How do I keep track of their progress?
You can track the progress of your staff in your account under company registrations on the website. It will let you view which sessions/courses have been completed by the assigned staff.
