View ShowroomIt may not even be that grandiose. We might not have to ask questions that have never been asked before. It may be as simple as asking questions that haven’t been asked in a long time, or questions that haven’t been asked considering this particular challenge.
The difference making is in the asking, though. Particularly if we’re able to ask in a way that begs conversation and constructive discourse.
And, if we’re on the receiving end of the questions, we ought to be able to respond without defensiveness. Without feeling challenged or threatened.
When our teams are all rowing in the same direction, we ought to ask one another how to get the boat “there” faster, wherever it is we’re rowing towards.
