View ShowroomU.S. Bank has scored 100 on the 2020 Disability Equality Index (DEI) by the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD) and Disability:IN. This is the third time U.S. Bank has been recognized for its efforts to ensure an inclusive workplace for people with disabilities.

U.S. Bank works to improve its disability equality in part through its Disability Business Resource Group (BRG), which aims to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace by providing direct input on business initiatives, supporting recruitment efforts, volunteering, celebrating culture and community and hosting development opportunities for employees.
This year, U.S. Bank has also started a new initiative: the Disability BRG IdeaPlace challenge. Employees submitted 31 ideas around increasing accessibility for employees and customers, and will participate in a bootcamp to build out and pitch their ideas. Three finalists will be announced on July 27 to coincide with the American’s with Disabilities Act (ADA) 30th anniversary on July 26.
