VAULT SERVICES
We provide your organization with a husbandry of physical security documentation (eg. Titles, promissory notes, loan documentation). Services
also include title search for loan documentation, digital conversion and indexing of security documentation, and retrieval and distribution of physical and digital security upon request.
BACK-OFFICE CHEQUE PROCESSING
Imaging and capture of physical cheques for deposit to accounts. Services include balancing of missing and free cheques, sorting and storage of physical cheques, 1st level maintenance of sorters, and daily shift reports.
BACK-OFFICE PROCESSING FOR BANKS
We are a service provider to banks and other Financial Institutions’ (“FI’s”) extended enterprise, providing material services such as Deposit Processing, Cash in Transit, Air Courier, Vault Storage, ATM Replenishment, Drop Box Services and Culling.
DIGITAL CURRENCY MANAGEMENT AND SUPPORT:
We enable the digital movement of money via our secured digital currency gateway. We connect to customers’ accounts with our strategic partnerships, making converting and spending digital currency convenient and straightforward.

CASH IN TRANSIT
This is our core service as an armoured courier provider, and we have had 56 years of experience. We have 94 trucks that support island-wide cash movement. Our armoured trucks are manned by a minimum of three (3) armed guards to convey shipments. Packages are collected from client locations for delivery to Beryllium’s Processing Centres for verification and account crediting. We pioneered CIT service in Jamaica, and we have the training, structure, and systems to ensure that your cash shipments are secure, transported promptly and are properly insured.
DEPOSIT PROCESSING
We provide end-to-end deposit processing service. Electronic Files are provided to financial institutions for client account updating. Treasuries are kept individually, and balances are provided daily, at which point instructions are issued for disbursement.
AIR COURIER
We provide secure transportation of currency and valuables to and from the United States, United Kingdom, and other Caribbean countries.
ATM MANAGEMENT
We are the largest provider of Offsite ATM Management Services in Jamaica and presently manage 720 ATMs for all Financial Institutions. ATMs are monitored electronically, which allows for real-time status of all machines being monitored island-wide, ensuring faults are cleared, and cash added according to SLA agreements.
QUICK CREDIT
Customers can receive immediate credit to their account(s) once the bags are cleared from Dropbox or at Cash in Transit pick up locations. Customers will register their bags on our Quick Credit App and their bank accounts are credited within 30 minutes of the collection by our crews.
TREASURY TRANSFERS
As a full-service currency management organization, we can leverage cash availability across financial institutions and clients. Our Cash Management portal will provide opportunities to access cash from other institutions on a real time-basis, reducing the dependency on only the Bank of Jamaica to satisfy cash requirements.
CUSTOMER SERVICE –TREASURY OFFICER ON SITE
We provide your locations with a Treasury Officer to be stationed in the ATM areas to direct customers to the ATMs and assist them with using the ATM for their transactions. The Treasury Officer will also be responsible for addressing any faults at the machine.
DROP BOX SERVICE
Our Drop Box Services are designed to expedite the collection of bags that are dropped in the banks’ night deposit chutes for verification of currency and same-day crediting to customers’ accounts. Lockbox services are designed to expedite the collection of paper-based payments and provide timely payment information.
CULLING
Processing of banknotes in keeping with the fitness standards established by the Bank of Jamaica.
TELLER OUTSOURCING
This service includes full outsourcing of all cash handling and cash management activities. We utilize a combination of in-branch tellers from Guardsman Armoured and interactive Video Teller Machines.
BACK-OFFICE PROCESSING – SMART TELLERS

BANK ON WHEELS
An armoured truck consisting of three armed Treasury Officers will visit agreed locations at scheduled times to conduct transactions on behalf of Financial Institutions. Transactions are then counted at our Processing Centres and verified amounts are sent via file transfer for the customer’s accounts to be updated at mutually agreed times.
CUSTOMER PORTAL
We provide a software interface that gives customers complete visibility into their transactions with our company. Customers can track key metrics, support requests, or other information such as reference documents that can be easily shared.
MANAGEMENT REPORTING AND DASHBOARDS
We report essential management KPIs in a single place, providing insights to C-level executives efficiently, and empowering management to make fast and data-driven decisions based on the latest information.
SMART SAFES
Smart safes, like intelligent ATMs, read the notes as they are entered and provide a running total and a receipt whilst securing the cash in an insured safe. This effectively removes the need for cashiers or constant recounting of cash to balance at the end of a day. The contents of the safe are monitored electronically and the client files are updated accordingly.
