The banking software company Auriga has produced a white paper on the importance of personalising the customer experience at the ATM channel.
Personalisation allows banks to provide a tailored and individual experience, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty. This can be achieved in a variety of ways, from sending messages prompting the purchase of a new product to allowing customers to personalise their online, mobile and ATM banking. Auriga’s WinWebServer software suite allows customers to go one step further: customers whose banks use the software are able to start a transaction on one channel and complete it on another, for example if they are interrupted or need to find further information, and with all settings tailored to their preferences.
