1. The Last EEM Board Meeting of 2023
   ur final Board meeting for the year took place on the 7th of December, marking a moment of reflection and strategic planning for the road ahead. We extend our gratitude to all who participated, contributing valuable insights to shape the future direction of our community.
2. Welcome to the New Chairman of the Board for 2024
   We are delighted to announce Gavin Reubenson, Group CIO of Paycorp, as the new Chairman of the Board for 2024. With his leadership, we anticipate an exciting and transformative year ahead. We express our heartfelt appreciation to Per Valstad for his exemplary chairmanship in 2023.
3. Joint Europe and Emerging Markets Conference in Dublin
   The first-ever joint Europe and Emerging Markets conference held in Dublin was a resounding success. The exchange of ideas, networking, and collaboration exceeded our expectations. As we look forward to the coming year, we are thrilled to announce that we will be bringing the conference home to London. Keep an eye out for more details at the beginning of the year.
