DALLAS, June 1, 2023 (Newswire.com) - Jeff Foote, President, ePayResources, has been additionally named CEO, succeeding Laura Steele, whose retirement was effective May 31, 2023.

Jeff is an accomplished strategic leader, team builder, and results-driven financial services executive with extensive banking, treasury, payments, and digital solutions expertise. He served on the ePayResources Board of Directors from 2013 - 2021 prior to joining the organization as President in 2022. Jeff has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, including many years as Group EVP at Broadway Bank in San Antonio, Texas. He received undergraduate degrees in finance and management from Texas A&M University; an MBA from the University of Texas - San Antonio; and the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation from the Association of Financial Professionals.
