Everlink Wins the ACI Worldwide Customer Innovation Award

Everlink Payment Services Inc., is pleased to announce that their eSCORE™ solution has won the ACI Worldwide Customer Innovation Award in the Fraud Management category. The ACI Innovation Awards program celebrates global payments innovation by recognizing leading banks, merchants, intermediaries and billers around the world for their innovative use of ACI’s payments solutions. This is Everlink’s 2nd time winning in this category in the last four years, having also won the award in 2017.

Everlink’s Fraud Management team continues its innovative direction in the fraud detection/prevention landscape with a client-centric focus. In August 2019, Everlink brought to market a new layer of defence – eSCORE™, building on its award-winning eDETECT™, real-time and near-real-time debit card fraud monitoring solution. eSCORE™ employs AI-based analytic models to effectively predict the probability of the transaction being fraudulent. What makes it so innovative is that the score generated can be utilized by eDETECT™ at the individual account level to normalize activity to that particular cardholder’s profile, and therefore reduce the friction experienced by cardholders due to false-positive alerts and declines. eSCORE™ is the next generation of fraud monitoring tools designed to enhance the capabilities of eDETECT™ to more effectively target fraud risks associated with both face-to-face and eCommerce card-not-present debit card transactions.
