Nexi sign merger deed to combine with SIA S.p.A continuing the journey to create The European PayTech

Following the announcement made on 11 February 2021 in relation to the signing of the final agreement for the merger by incorporation of SIA S.p.A. into Nexi S.p.A., Nexi has now announced the signing of the merger deed to combine with SIA. The Merger follows the merger with Nets, which was effective as of 1 July 2021.
