TNS Enterprise Branded Calling was designed to restore consumer trust in voice calls. The 2023 CUSTOMER Product of the Year Award recognizes vendors that are advancing the call center, CRM and teleservices industries one solution at a time. The award highlights products that enable their clients to meet and exceed the expectations of their customers.
Since launching its Enterprise Branded Calling solution last July, TNS has conducted several trials with companies in high-touch industries to track the technology’s impact on ROI in terms of the customer experience. In healthcare, the call answer rate increased by 41%, financial services experienced a 133% answer rate improvement, and fundraisers increased their consumer answer rate by 42%.

This is not the first time TNS has been recognized by TMC for branded calling. Last year, TNS Public Safety Branded Calling earned a TMC 2022 Pandemic Tech Innovation Award.
