Cashless Ban'd Wagon Update

Bills to require acceptance of cash for all in-person retail transactions are still alive in 18 states. This includes a few states that introduced bills last year which are still active and eligible for further action. Five states are making progress, with bills being passed out of committee or one house of the legislature. A number of other states are making minor changes to existing statutes.
