Public Consultation

Welcome to the public consultation page for the Next Gen ATM architecture project. The aim of this page is allow stakeholders in the global ATM industry, both members and non-members, as well as members of the general public, to be part of a transparent consultation process by which Next Gen ATM standards and specifications are reviewed and approved. ATMIA, as the not-for-profit project manager for Next Gen ATMs, will provide for a 3 month consultation process for draft new standards before they are finally approved by the Standards & Technical Committee of the Consortium for Next Gen ATMs, taking all feedback received during the consultation period, into account. The feedback itself will be compiled in an Excel spreadsheet available here for public viewing and further comment.

• October 13, 2022 - Implementation Guide 2022, version 3.5 for Next Gen Architecture
  On October 13th, 2022, the Standards, Technical & Governance Committee approved the posting of Implementation Guide 3.5 for a 3 month public consultation period ending 13th January, 2023.
• December 7, 2021 - Implementation Guide 2021, version 3.0 for Next Gen Architecture
  On December 7th, 2021, the Standards, Technical & Governance Committee approved the posting of Implementation Guide 3.0 for a 3 month public consultation period ending 7th March, 2022. The public consultation period for this guide has expired.
• October 30, 2020 - Implementation Guide 2020, version 2.0 for Next Gen Architecture
  On October 30th, 2020, the Standards, Technical & Governance Committee approved the posting of Implementation Guide 2.0 for a 3 month public consultation period ending 31st January, 2020. The public consultation period for this guide has expired.
