ATMIA Joins Atlanta Fed Meeting on Best Practices for ATM Cash Replenishment

Long-time member Bank of America has invited ATMIA to help lead efforts to create best practices for the cash receipts created when ATMs are replenished by armored carriers and other cash management providers. Those inefficiencies are created when ATM cash receipts are issued with varying formats. A cash advocacy group has been working with the Fed to help eliminate those inefficiencies. The final product of these efforts may be incorporated into ATMIA’s Best Practices for Cash In Transit – USA, which was originally published in 2019.
